THE CALIFORNIA PRESS FOUNDATION arranges visits by newspaper people to campus journalism classes, regional and statewide educational events, and to community civic events around the state.

Cal Press delegates also take the call in presenting grants to student journalism programs and are enlisted in screening applicants for the association’s internship grants program. To inquire about a Cal Press-sponsored visit to your class or organization, please contact us.

Debra DeAngelo, editor of the Winters Express, presents a 2017 Cal Press Equipment Grant check to Principal Matt Moran at Wolfskill Continuation High School in Winters.
